We guarantee that the Products delivered conform to the description on the Site, are intact, and correctly sealed. Manufacturing defects are covered by warranty, such as, but not limited to: non-functioning spray pump, damaged or leaking bottle, product not conforming to what was ordered.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Alterations due to product use beyond the recommended period after opening (PAO)

Avra Products are cosmetics intended exclusively for external use. It is recommended to:

  • For sensitive skin, perform a test on a small skin area (e.g., wrist) and wait 24 hours before regular use
  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes and discontinue use in case of irritation
  • Keep Products out of reach of children

Results, persistence, and perception of fragrances may vary from person to person based on individual skin chemistry.

7.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as provided above and except for mandatory legal guarantees, products are provided "as is." We make no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
